About the event

It is living in the present moment in a particular and deliberate way by focusing our attention on what is happening here and now.

Let us observe how little we are present in our body, in our life at the moment it unfolds.

There is more and more talk about self-awareness. But do we really know what it is?

Living with self-awareness means:

  • Accepting to be responsible for your life and also for everything that happens to us
  • Listening to life through our 5 senses
  • Radiate your inner light by mastering your anxieties, your wounds and your limiting beliefs

Living in accordance with one’s values and according to everything that makes sense to us

How can we boost our serenity and our joy of living on a daily basis?

" To meditate is to look deeply into the heart of things " Thich Nhat Hanh ( Living in full consciousness. Peace and joy in the tribulations of life, Éd. Terre du Ciel , 1999)

The way we look at ourselves, at others and at the world has a decisive influence on the way we see and live our lives.

However, learning to look at the world from different angles, including that of others, is necessary to be able to truly come into contact with oneself and with others.

Changing our perspective also means becoming aware of the positive and negative effects that these points of view, beliefs and discourses have on our actions, our emotions, our thoughts and our life choices, in order to free ourselves from them little by little.

But changing one's perspective also means changing one's perception, through art or meditation for example, finding the "new" perspective of the beginner, the child, the artist, which are sources of joy and wonder. In this perspective, wouldn't changing one's perspective be a way of continuing our quest for meaning, of freeing ourselves from the determinism of our conditioning, and of being fully conscious and present in our lives, in the service of a better world?

At the end of the 3 proposed modules, we will have:
