THE NEEDS

We are driven by a very diverse range of needs.

Among these, some are usually classified as basic, physiological, indispensable or fundamental needs.

They include the essentials for survival: breathing, drinking, eating, protection from cold and heat.

Some basic needs are met by nature, notably the need to breathe, but the majority of them are not and require voluntary actions on our part.

At the end of the 3 proposed modules, we will have:

• Addressed, exercised and improved our actions and bodily reactions so that they are in line with our needs/values
• Distinguishes between these and those of others
• And found the means to put it in place.
